Coming soon to Antequera AV!
Yesterday, January 25th, the new Antequera City train station was inaugurated, after nearly 8 years of waiting.
This new station will allow Antequera to be connected daily with Madrid, Malaga, Granada, Cordoba or Seville, without having to go through Santa Ana (located 19 km from the city).
The new station is located about 2 km from the historic center of Antequera, that is, about 5 minutes by car, which gives an extra boost of accessibility to the city.
Today The Málaga (María Zambrano) – Antequera AV connection has the following schedules:

- 15:50 – 16:47 (27 minutes) AVANT
- 20:25 – 20:52 (27 minutes) AVANT
Antequera AV – Málaga (María Zambrano) (Return journey)
- 08:27 – 08:54 (27 minutes) AVANT
- 13:56 – 14:22 (26 minutes) AVANT
- 19:36 – 20:03 (27 minutes) AVANT
The current price per journey starts from €11,20 per person, which means we can connect to Antequera in a reasonably economical way.
