On **Thursday, 1 October 2022**, the popular and much-anticipated SOPAS PEROTAS Day will once again be celebrated in the tourist town of Álora.
This event brings together, every year, more than five thousand people to sample the traditional dish of Álora: LAS SOPAS PEROTAS.
