    Low difficulty, as long as you do not have any pathology that prevents you from completing 8 km. Please note that the use of canes, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. is not permitted.

    It will depend on how much of a hurry you are in. We recommend that you admire this wonder of nature at your leisure.     1.- What happens if it rains on the Camino del Rey?

    If it rains lightly, you can do so. If the forecast is not good, we will notify you 24 hours in advance and you can cancel or reschedule your visit free of charge.

    1.- Where do I meet the Áloratur guides?

    The meeting point with the guides is the The Kiosk Restaurant (North access), next to the reservoir Count of Guadalhorce: https://goo.gl/maps/qbahubDkwDH7GNRe7

    Our guides are uniformed with a red vest, black pants and the logo of Aloratur.

    We recommend that you use Google Maps to get to Restaurante el Kiosko, there you will find parking area next to the restaurant or private parking (cost of €2).

    We remind you that it is very important that you arrive 20 minutes before the event time.

    2.- Where can I park and take the shuttle bus?
    The best option for parking is next to to the Kiosk Restaurant.

    When you finish your visit to the Caminito del Rey, there are shuttle buses that leave every 30 minutes.

    The bus stop is 300 metres from the Caminito exit.

    3.- When I finish my visit to the Caminito del Rey, if I have left my vehicle in the North area (Conde del Guadalhorce reservoir), how do I get back?

    There are shuttle buses 300 metres from the Caminito exit. At El Chorro train station. The price per person on the bus is €1,55.

    4.- Is it one way or can I return by the same path?
    The route is one-way, from the North entrance (Gaitanejo reservoir) to the exit of the Chorro neighbourhood (Álora). YOU CANNOT RETURN BY THE SAME PATH.

    The total route is 8 kilometers, of which approximately 2 km are used to reach the entrance control, 4 km are done on the walkways of the Caminito del Rey and the remaining 2 km lead to the exit control, in the Chorro neighborhood.
    7.- How long does it take to travel the Caminito del Rey?
    With Áloratur guides, the tour lasts approximately 3 hours. If the visit is without a guide, the average duration is 2 hours.
    8.- Is it necessary to show ID or passport along with the ticket?

    No, you just need to show your ticket or confirmation email to our guides.

    9.- If accompanied by minors, is it necessary to bring the family book or the minor's ID if he or she has one?
    In the case of minors, it is mandatory to bring one of the two items, as they may be asked for it at the access control.
    10.- Can selfie sticks, crutches or hiking poles be used during the tour?
    For security reasons they cannot be used.
    11.- From what age can you visit the Caminito del Rey?

    From 8 years old. Access with children in baby carriers is NOT permitted.

    12.- Can I enter with my pet? Caminito del Rey?
    For security reasons this is not possible.
    13.- I have booked the tickets with the accommodation. For what day are my tickets and at what time?
    Tickets are for the day after your arrival at the accommodation. The schedule is between 9,30 and 11,00.
    14.- What are the reception hours for the accommodations?

    From 16:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m.

    If your arrival is later than the above schedule, please consult.

    15.- What should I do if I cannot attend the visit but I have already booked?

    At Aloratur we offer you the guarantee of being able to cancel your reservation without any cost up to 24 hours before the activity.

    You just have to forward us the confirmation email of your reservation (which shows all the details) to reservations@aloratur.com and put in the body of the message that you want to cancel your reservation.

    16.- What happens if when selecting date and time, only 1 place appears?

    If at any time you only have the option to reserve 1, it means that it is the availability we have left, reservations are NOT made one at a time.
