Terms and Conditions for the Quad Route

To participate in the activity of the “Quad route through the Caminito del Rey and its surroundings” organized by Aloratur, it is necessary to accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Age and Driver's License:
   • Drivers must be 24 over years.
   • It is mandatory to have a Type B driver's license in force and have more than 2 years of experience.
2. Physical Condition and Restrictions:
   • The following may not participate in the activity:
     • Pregnant.
     • People with reduced mobility.
     • People without a driving license.
     • Children under 12 years old.
   • Participants must be in good health y not suffer from medical conditions that may be aggravated by the activity.
   • Our insurance does not cover people over 65 years old. Anyone over this age who wishes to participate will do so. under your responsibility.
3. Prohibitions during the activity:
   • It's not allowed:
     • El alcohol and drug use.
     • Smoke at any point along the route.
     • Make fire or use elements that generate flames.
     • Baby carriages in the route.
     • Carry weapons or any sharp objects.
     • Throwing garbage.
     • Use high heel shoes or any footwear inappropriate for the activity.
     • Take part barefoot.
4. Using the Equipment:
   • Es mandatory use of helmet and other protective equipment provided by the company throughout the activity.
   • Not allowed modify or alter the equipment delivered.
5. Respect for the Environment:
   • The activity takes place in a protected natural environment. It is Mandatory to respect flora and fauna, do not litter or damage the environment.
6. Safety and Conduct Rules:
   • Dangerous maneuvers are not permitted., skidding, racing or any action that puts participants or the environment at risk.
   • Driving must be done in responsibly and always under the supervision of the guide.
   • Any reckless or abnormal act may be a reason for the guide interrupt the activity and return the group to the starting point without the right to a refund.
7. Meteorological conditions:
   • The activity is subject to weather conditions. If the weather does not allow the safe development of the route, An alternative date or refund will be offered..
8. Cancellation policy:
   • The activity can be cancelled up to 24 hours before to receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may not be refunded.
9. Risk Acceptance:
   • Participants understand that driving a Quad is an adventure activity and assume the inherent risks.
10. Insurance:

• The company has civil liability insurance.
• This insurance does not cover people over 65 years of age..

11. Image rights:

• The company may use photos and videos of the activity for promotional purposes.
• If any participant does not wish to appear in images, they must communicate this. before starting the activity.
